I ordered some parts and the shipping was way slower than I expected. I didn’t get clear updates for days, and on top of that I had to keep going through verification like I hadn’t already done it before, which was really annoying. The order finally showed up much later than it should have. Not a great experience.

"Warranty process was way more frustrating than it should’ve been"
The parts arrived looking fine at first, so I wasn’t expecting any problems. But soon one of the items started having an issue, which was disappointing since I had already been charged and figured everything was good to go.
Trying to get the warranty sorted out was the real headache. There was a lot of back and forth, I didn’t get clear updates, and I kept feeling like I had to explain the same problem over and over. The return instructions weren’t very clear either, which just made the whole thing more annoying.
To be fair, they did respond eventually, so I wouldn’t say they completely ignored me. But the process dragged on too long, and between the confusing return info and lack of updates, I’m not really eager to order from them again.

"Parts selection was kinda disappointing"
I went on ddmracing.com looking for a few parts, and I didn’t find much that matched what I needed. Some items seemed kinda missing or hard to spot, and the selection just felt a bit off to me. Maybe it works better for other people, but for what I was looking for, it was kinda disappointing.

"Support was a lot of waiting and back-and-forth"
Tech support wasn’t terrible, but it was way slower than I expected. I had a question about getting some parts set up, and every reply felt short, almost like they skimmed my message instead of actually reading what I was asking.
After waiting around and going through a few emails, I ended up figuring most of it out on my own. The products might be fine, but the support experience definitely needs work because the back-and-forth got frustrating fast.

"The prices felt high for what you..."
The prices felt high for what you actually get. I went in expecting it to feel a little more worth the money, but it just didn’t really land that way for me. Maybe other people had a better experience, but I left thinking I paid more than I should’ve. It’s pricier than... I don’t know, it just didn’t feel justified

"Order had the wrong parts"
I gave it 2 stars because the shipping was fine, but the order itself wasn’t right. I ordered a specific kit, and a couple of the parts I got didn’t match what I chose. I was hoping to use it that weekend, so having to email them and wait was frustrating. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but, well, they really need to double check orders before sending them out.

"Customer service left me annoyed"
I tried reaching out about my order, but the replies were really slow and didn’t even answer what I was asking. It put me in such a bad mood because I just wanted a simple update. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"A lot of items were out of stock"
When I was shopping, it felt like almost everything I wanted was out of stock. I kept clicking on different items hoping to find something available, but there really wasn’t much to choose from.

I wasn’t really happy with the quality, to be honest. It just felt kind of cheap when I got it, and I noticed it right away while I was unpacking it at my kitchen table after work. I was hoping it would feel a bit sturdier, but it didn’t really meet my expectations.
